Single and double drum rock tumblers can use this replacement barrel. It comes with a barrel made of rubber and a rubber seal, as well as a bolt and nut / knob. It fits a lot of different types of tumblers, like Northern, Sears, and Chicago Electric.
Received the cylinder, inner seal, outer top, spacer, and black cap right on time. It looked like someone had used a can opener to bend the outside top. This made the outside of the top usable. The BLACK CAP that holds all the other parts in place was too short to hold all the other parts in place. When the package was opened for the first time, the cylinder was full of dirt and cobwebs because it had been there for so long.
It was only the cylinder that could be used after the rest of the room was cleaned. I was in the second stage of rock polishing when my original cylinder started to leak. I used the new cylinder (after thoroughly cleaning it of dirt and cobwebs) and kept the rest of my original parts. This has let me finish the project, but it also leaves me with parts I can’t use. If I hadn’t been working on a project, I would have sent back the whole order instead. This is the first time I’ve had a problem with a product I bought through Amazon that didn’t work out.
