The pneumatic tool and the discs that come with it seem to be well made. The package was complete, and the instructions were not bad. The torque was disappointing at best, and I didn’t think it was very strong at all. “Green” discs can be used on wood, metal, and tile surfaces, but putting any pressure on them would stop the tool from moving at all. It’s possible that I need a more powerful compressor, but I would expect more from a tool that can handle 100psi. So, for very, very, very light applications, this might be a good thing to do. But if you can’t sand a board or remove rust from metal, it can only be used for light work.
