Good for the price. It has a good spread of bits and some buffer bits, too. Because this is so cheap, I’m impressed with how good it is. The process of putting it together and using it is very simple, but don’t forget to oil it before you start using it and every now and then. Air tools work the same way. What caught my eye was the price. I’ll buy another one when I need it because it’s good. I’m using this to do small two-stroke port work, and it works great. If you think this is a powerful tool, you’re wrong. It’s just a very small pencil grinder. This isn’t made for hogging up a lot of material and getting it out fast. It’s good for small amounts of very precise work, but it’s not very good for big projects. So get a big grinder if that’s what you want. If you’re a dyi or a hobbyist, this is for you. I already love this grinder. I think it’s great. Power is lost, but you make up for it with more accurate work. Doing good work with this tool isn’t easy, but it can be done. It’s March 2020, and this thing kicks butt. I’ve used it to make about 10 cylinder jugs and to grind some welds down a little. A jeweler’s set of bits came with the kit I bought. I used it to make this. a little piece of advice: Oil your collet before you start. This can be hard to get out sometimes if you leave a little in. They fit very well. A drop of oil or a dab of grease should be put on the tip of the bit before inserting it into the collet. It will get worn down over time. This is more powerful than it looks. If you use the right bit on steel, it won’t have any problems. It doesn’t have a lot of power. A few years from now, I’ll buy another one, and I’ll buy another grinder as well. Great.
January 2021. I have used this tool a lot, and I haven’t had any problems with it at all. I keep it lubricated before and after I use it, and I clean it after every use. How much time this thing has saved me over files and a dremel. I can’t even tell you. You just need to put some of the air tool lubricant on the tool before you use it, then blow out any dust and water. It still works great, even after a lot of grinding and polishing. I love this tool. After about 1,000 bit changes, the collet is loose enough that you don’t need to oil the bit before tightening it down. It’s still very tight, but not so tight that you might need help getting the bit out. In the last two or three years, I’ve started buying chinese tools because American and German tools are costing a lot of money. China has made a lot of progress in manufacturing since I was a child. They now make tools as well as anyone else. It passed with flying colors! I now treat chinese tools the same way the rest of the world does, and this tool did great. As a bonus, the customer service on this tool is very quick if you have any problems. an answer to my question came back “This tool can be used with any air tool lube or air tool cleaner. Seals won’t be hurt.”
