So many times, this tool was exactly what I needed to drill holes in difficult-to-reach places. It is MUCH better than using a dedicated right angle drill, as the chuck and head on those take up a lot of space in areas where you need to have the most clearance possible. This was used to increase the size of the cable holes in an electric bass guitar, which were located in the electronics compartment and were designed to accommodate larger wiring harness connectors. For a right angle drill, this is impossible. However, with the help of my small Metabo electric screwdriver and attachment, as well as some hex shaft drill bits, I was able to complete the task quickly and efficiently. It’s fantastic!
