Several years ago, I had a Hitachi driver (and still have a lot of the Hitachi 18V line) that seemed to last indefinitely. I like this model because it is light, fast, and extremely powerful, but I have two design complaints about it. First, I don’t like the way it looks. First and foremost, the forward/reverse button is in an inconvenient location. My index finger is the only one that I use to hit it. Second, there is no space on this tool for a spare bit to be kept on hand. I’m constantly swapping out Phillips and star heads, which I’ve learned to keep in my pocket now. Thank you for making these minor adjustments, Metabo!
