I am 62 years old and have only come across a few larger pieces of high-priced junk in my life. I’m not sure where to begin. My initial package contained five parts that were not present. The e-mail that was sent to me for customer service blamed everything on Amazon, and Amazon was extremely gracious in sending me a new one. After 5 days of battling to put it together with instructions that were as useful as something written in ancient Sanskrit, I was finally able to complete the project.
I called customer service to ask a few more questions because there was very little information in the package about how to operate it. There was no response or denial of any faults. The memory stick contains a greater number of corrupt and unusable files than it does useful material. So here I am, two months after purchasing a computer with a machine that will not even turn on, despite having a very nice computer in my possession. I’ve tried more than 50 online resources for assistance and…STILL…I’m stuck with a non-working piece of junk.
