Spindle Motor Parameters is an abbreviation. The 2.2KW air-cooled spindle motor operates at 220V, 8.5A, 400Hz frequency, with less than 0.05mm runout off and speeds ranging from 0 to 24000 RMP. It should be noted that the spindle speed must be maintained at or above 9000 rpm to avoid damage to the spindle. It also includes an 80mm spindle motor mount as well as 14pcs/set ER20 collets.
A dustproof and waterproof cover is included with this spindle motor, as is the body, which is made of stainless steel. A high-quality cooling fan is also included at the rear of the spindle motor. In addition, it contains 4 bearings, high-precision grinding taper hole, high-precision, low noise.

Generally speaking, the air-cooled spindle motor kit is used for engraving non-metal materials such as wood and bamboo, as well as standard PCBs such as PVC and PMMA, plastic, duotone board (ABS), and so on. Also capable of engraving on soft metal surfaces such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, and lead, among others.
The product was exactly as described. With a little assistance from the internet, it’s fairly simple to get up and running. Although the manual contains all of the information, unless you are familiar with the terminology, it can be difficult to understand what each parameter in the VFD does. The spindle is extremely quiet. The noise in mine has developed after only a few hours of operation. Although it is still running well with no noticeable degradation in performance, I am concerned that it will continue to deteriorate and that I will be forced to replace the bearings in the near future.

Following the publication of my review, I received a phone call from the company, who offered to send me a new set of bearings at no charge. Though I received them in a short period of time, I haven’t had the opportunity to use them yet. However, over the last few cuts, the spindle has been operating without issue, with no additional noise. I’ve put the bearings in a drawer until the noise becomes more noticeable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase as well as the service I received.
