During an internal boiler inspection, I used the scope, and the first time I used it, the head did not articulate in both directions as it was supposed to, which was frustrating. It rotates through 90 degrees in one direction and 10 to 20 degrees in the opposite direction, depending on the angle. The picture quality is quite good, but without an additional light source, it is not very good beyond 3 feet away from the camera.
