This was a fantastic air ratchet, in my opinion. In addition to being quiet and smooth, it allows you to change the direction of air flow and is only a single unit.
The problem I ended up having was that the head is held together by two small torx screws. One of them decided to break off while in use, resulting in the gears skipping now. Its only function at this point is to remove bolts that have already come loose. Currently, I am using an Astro mini air ratchet that I purchased in 2017 and have been using it ever since. The SP 3/8 mini air ratchet only lasted about 4 months before it broke, but the SP 1/2 air ratchet I’ve been using for a while now and it’s still in good shape. I attempted to contact the company in regards to a warranty, but received no response.
