Clean with more intensity at a 90 degree nozzle angle. You can eat more material at a 90-degree angle, with more blast pressures, and with a harder workpiece.

If you want to get rid of rust and most coatings from the surface of an object, this is the best way to do it. Glass that has been broken into small pieces has more cutting power. For steel, aluminum, concrete or wood, this is the best cleaner for you. Gives you more product per pound because it has less bulk density. There are no crystals of silica in them. Used this to get rid of a lot of thick rust scale and corrosion from the subframe of a car. It worked very well. My project was surrounded by 4 mil plastic sheeting. This way, I could catch and sift through the waste for reuse and quickly clean up the mess that was made. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m sure it will work. There wasn’t a single bead that got out of the box, and the price is right for what you get. I probably won’t need any more of this kind of thing, but if I do, I’ll buy this one again.
