These were excellent, and they completed the task for a fraction of the cost of having it done at a custom fabrication shop. When I was using the 400-grit, I only used a trickle of water at a low flow rate. It takes a little time to complete, but it is well worth the effort considering the amount of money you will save. Make certain that the polisher is running at a low RPM and that the pads remain attached to the polishing disk/attachment without flying off. Wearing all necessary eye, nose, and other protective equipment is recommended.
