Now, the bad.
There is no way to change how the belt moves.
It ran a little to one side right away.
At first, it worked well for about 10-15 minutes, but then it got worse.

A roller skate bearing with bad sealing is what this bearing is like. It is also riveted to the bike, so it doesn’t move very well.
Replacement is going to be needed soon rather than later, and it won’t be a fun job to do at all.
There’s a chance it won’t last that long.
In the short time I used it, I found the tool to be very hot.
Because the cord is so stiff, it might even be made of aluminum and not copper.
When the sanding belts are put together, there is about 1 cm of the belts that don’t have any grit.
The tool you get will be built to make sure the belt runs straight. If you aren’t picky and don’t plan to use this very often, this might be fine. If you don’t, you’ll have to do what I did and buy a better tool.
