A speed dial lets the belt move from 1080 feet per minute to 1800 feet per minute.

Auto-tracking belt system doesn’t need to be tightened or adjusted.

The range of motion: 50°

The 1/2-by-18-inch belt can be turned up to 55 degrees to meet the needs of any project.

There is no need to use tools to install belts, which makes it easy to change belts during the job.

There are three abrasive belts, a dust port attachment, and a two-year warranty.

There were a lot of small parts of your workpiece that you could sand when you were younger.
When you use the WEN variable speed detailing file sander, you can get rid of tight corners and weird shapes in wood and more.

The 1/2-by-18-inch belt can be turned 55 degrees to meet the needs of the project at hand.
The automatic tracking design means that the sanding belts are automatically aligned without having to make any changes.

With the tool-free belt changing system, it’s easy to switch between grits. You can also adjust the variable speed dial to go from 1080 to 1800 feet per minute at speeds of up to 1080 feet per minute.

This 2-amp belt sander weighs only 2-1/2 pounds and has a small body that fits into tight places and awkward angles.

Use the dust port attachment to connect the sander to a dust collection system of your choice.

That’s because this is a piece of equipment made by WEN, and it comes with three different types of paper: an 80, 120, and 320 grit. It also comes with two years of warranty service and a customer service line.

It’s said that you get what you pay for, and that couldn’t be more true of this item. Most of the time, I don’t like cheap Chinese tools, but I saw good reviews for this and decided to give it a try.

People who like the belt tensioning system say that the belts stay in place so they don’t slip and the variable speed control has a good range.

Now, the bad.

There is no way to change how the belt moves.

It ran a little to one side right away.

At first, it worked well for about 10-15 minutes, but then it got worse.

Because the bearing on the end was so bad that some of its surface was exposed.

A roller skate bearing with bad sealing is what this bearing is like. It is also riveted to the bike, so it doesn’t move very well.

Replacement is going to be needed soon rather than later, and it won’t be a fun job to do at all.

There’s a chance it won’t last that long.

In the short time I used it, I found the tool to be very hot.

Because the cord is so stiff, it might even be made of aluminum and not copper.

When the sanding belts are put together, there is about 1 cm of the belts that don’t have any grit.

The tool you get will be built to make sure the belt runs straight. If you aren’t picky and don’t plan to use this very often, this might be fine. If you don’t, you’ll have to do what I did and buy a better tool.
