When I looked around, it appeared that grinders were either professional-level and expensive, or had poor reviews and were even potentially dangerous. Last but not least, I came across this one that had no reviews but was relatively new and came from a company that I was able to locate on the internet.
PROS.
1) It completes the task. The edges had to be rounded, smoothed, and polished after they were cut out of granite. It was only one job, but it took up to ten hours of my time over several days. The tool performed exactly as stated on the packaging.
2) There was no overheating or electric shock, which I had read about with other tools in this price range before purchasing this one.
It can be connected directly to a garden hose and the water feed is excellent. 3.
4) It was relatively quiet; I did not require ear protection.
CONS.
1) It’s a substantial amount of weight.
2) There is no way to turn the switch off. This is most likely a safety requirement, but it would make the gun much more comfortable to use if the trigger could be locked in place.
Five stars for a well-made tool at an affordable price.
