A silent Pneumatic turbine Vibrator with 900 lbs. of vibratory force and 4,500 vibrations per minute (VPM), the vibco VS-510 is a high-speed silent Pneumatic turbine Vibrator that uses vibco’s patented silent turbine Vibrator design. It is equipped with an integrated exhaust Muffler and a 4-bolt foot mount with mounting holes that are 5-1/2″ center-to-center. The cast-iron housing is resistant to corrosion and is therefore suitable for harsh environments. This product can be used to replace noisy ball and piston-style vibrators that require lubricated air to function properly. The vibco VS-510 is rated for continuous duty up to 80 psi maximum and is pre-lubricated for life. It requires 60-80 psi of clean, dry air and consumes 21 cfm while operating at only 77 db on the a-scale at one meter.
