The only drawback is that the blades are sharp. The ones they provide are not compatible with the chuck. What the f*ck is going on.. That small hole in the blade is intended to be engaged between two sets screws on the blade. Because the chuck is made of aluminum, you don’t want to crank it down too hard to prevent the blade from being pinched by friction. If you line up the hole correctly, the set screws will grab the hole and you’ll be on your way. I had to trim the end of the supplied blades in order for them to function properly. In addition, finding thinner blades for making tight turns is a difficult endeavor. I ordered some that didn’t fit properly unless the guide was removed. Following the advice of others, I simply purchased a package of bi-metal hacksaw blades and cut and shaped them to fit. Finding reasonably priced air saw blades that are compatible with your machine shouldn’t be such a hassle.
