After pressing the sanding pad against the work surface for a few seconds, it will “work.” The sanding pad will either not turn, turn counter clockwise, or turn clockwise and then stop working.
The only “variable” speed that has any significance is the fastest possible speed.
Two motor brushes are provided, but there is no explanation as to what they are for or where they should be placed if they are required.
