Among the tools in my toolbox are three t210 grinders, one one-horsepower dotsco and one small 10-series dotsco, a couple of junk jet grinders (given to me by my employer) and a smaller Astro (which I would not recommend), along with some 90s and an Ingersoll Rand pencil grinder. Also, my favorite pencil grinder is a Dotco pencil grinder. This grinder is something I use on a regular basis. It is not as good as a dotco by any stretch of the imagination ($500 versus $35), but it is a great deal less expensive. Make sure to complete the T series in both 90-degree and straight positions. The smaller Astro grinder would benefit from having a T series. I have been using them for six months and have found them to be not too loud, to have plenty of power, and to be an excellent value for money. I use them for carbide bits and stones up to 1/4 inch in diameter. Because it is too large, I do not recommend using it for 1/8 inch. Every time I use an air tool, I lubricate it with a few drops of air tool oil that I keep in my toolbox on hand. In addition, I own a T series 90, which I enjoy using. This tool provides excellent value. Please keep in mind that when I use the one at home, I have difficulty getting my small air compressor to push enough air through it; however, this is true for any of my other grinders when I use them at home as well.
