The Milwaukee Sawzall, battery, and charger all appear to be in good working order. A broken plastic clip at one end of the shoulder strap was present when the set was delivered, however. When I called Milwaukee Tools to order a replacement clip or strap, I was instead given the part number for a complete large contractor’s bag and told that I could purchase it from the company. However, due to the fact that “.. Amazon and eBay are not Milwaukee Authorized Dealers,” there is no warranty coverage available to them. The defective strap isn’t a big deal, but it could be a big deal for the $150 battery, the $80 charger, or the $230 saw. The question is whether or not it would be worth the trouble of returning it.
