I purchased this product as part of my recovery efforts after my home and belongings were destroyed by the Almeda Arson Fires in Southern Oregon. I was looking forward to receiving it because I had recently relocated and had an overwhelming amount of work to complete around my new home. However, I am unable to use the grinder because it does not appear to come with a wrench to loosen and tighten the discs that are attached to it. There was no wrench, even after I tore the box apart and went through all of the packaging.. there was no wrench. What am I supposed to do with it if I don’t have the one piece that allows me to attach and detach the parts. To my knowledge, this is the first time a grinder has been delivered without the wrench necessary to loosen the nut and allow for attachment of a disc or a pad to the machine. It appears that I will have to order the wrench separately and wait for it to arrive, which means the work around here will have to be put on hold for an additional period of time. As a result, I am unable to write about how the grinder performs or what the advantages and disadvantages are, if any, because I am unable to attach the discs or pads to it. Very nice.. very nice. The only real pro I can point out is that the delivery was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and that the discs for the grinder that I had ordered arrived at the same time as the grinder.
