I have a crankshaft pulley bolt on one of my cars that I swear was welded together when I was doing a timing belt job on it, despite the fact that I used breaker bars and current 1/2 impact wrenches on it.
A proper 3/4 inch 19mm socket was used to remove it and it worked perfectly. It didn’t even seem to have been tightened at all. Despite the fact that it is enormous and extremely heavy, it will be useful when you come across those larger fasteners that are stubbornly refusing to cooperate.
