Except if I’m completely clueless about angle grinders and it’s the most complicated thing ever, I bought a 4 1/2 inch guard for a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder and used a 4 1/2 inch cutting wheel, but the wheel wouldn’t fit on the angle grinder without cutting the guard. I’m not sure what I was thinking. Using the nuts, my normal grinding disk does not even come close to fitting onto the angle grinder (therefore defeating the whole purpose. Unless I’m doing something completely wrong, I strongly advise you not to purchase this.
