It has been many years since I have had Skil tools in my toolbox, and I was a little concerned when Bosch purchased the Skil brand, but don’t be concerned. The new owners have created some fantastic tools that have made my life a whole lot easier. With that 1/4 drive tool, I was able to dismantle an oven in no time, and the drill worked flawlessly on 12 volts with no issues at all. The drill came in handy when I was mounting my tow mirrors, as I had to drill through two layers of sheet metal to get a fourth bolt through, and it worked perfectly.
