I should have taken the time to read the reviews. This is a cheap piece of junk. The head of my angle grinder collided with both the guide and the clamp, allowing only about 1/8th inch of the disc to extend beyond deck height, making it virtually impossible to cut anything without a brand new disc. The disc was completely destroyed. I tried using my other angle grinder, but the results were even worse. I was able to get it to work after grinding down the guide and clamp to give me some clearance, but there are several home-made examples on Y-tube that appear to be more functional. Even though I regret not doing so sooner, I may still do so in the future.
As has been stated previously. Low-cost materials, the need for washers, the need for a better clamping system, and so on. It’s difficult to get into and stay in alignment. I don’t think it’s worth the money.
