This model of air-powered hand-held belt sander is similar to two others that I’ve gone through in the last ten years. Both of these companies are well-known in the metal fabrication industry. This one is the least expensive of the three options on the table. It isn’t necessarily any better than the others, but the design is more straightforward, and it performs admirably. Despite its light weight and balance, the Jet model is a breeze to operate. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of the belt.. a little more speed would be beneficial.
