I needed a cheap roundover bit to finish the edges of a quartz window sill, and it’s a tool I’m unlikely to use again in the near future. The diamond grit is very chunky, and it had a tendency to leave deep grooves on the test pieces when it was used. After smoothing the bit with a file and using diamond polishing pads to give it a reasonable amount of edge detail, I was satisfied with the result. If I was going to be doing a lot of edging, I’d spend a little more money on a higher-quality bit.
