Having this drill for two years, it’s time to write a review.
As other people have said, the storage container for the drill isn’t very good. It’s big, and so are the pockets for the parts. I’ve had to leave the plastic and cardboard in the storage so that the parts don’t fly around. It’s fair to say that mine is two years old and doesn’t have the sewn bag that seems to be in the picture now.
As for the drill, it is very strong. I bought mine as a deal of the day because it seemed like a good deal on a cordless phone (especially with all the extra bits). A few times each week, I use the thing. It hasn’t let me down. Hard tile won’t be able to stand up to it, but it will rip through almost anything else. If you only use it a little, the charge will last far longer than any other device I own.
To start this review, a friend of mine bought a new home and keeps borrowing my drill. This drill is still one of the best deals for a new homeowner who doesn’t need a lot of high-end tools, even though it isn’t a deal of the day. I bought her one.
