It was in good condition when it arrived. It was completely unexpected that it would come from Germany. It is well-made and performs admirably. Currently, I’m using it to cut slits in metal tubes, which has proven difficult to accomplish using other methods. The cutting blade of the grinder and the mill generate a great deal of waste that must be cleaned up. The slits are cut cleanly and easily with the Knipex nibbler, which eliminates the need for cleanup. One issue is that the handles have a flat to flat surface, making it easy to pinch the fleshy part of your finger while squeezing the handles together tightly. OUCH!
