When cutting, use a corded drill with a lot of speed ( 1500 – 3000 .
2mm aluminum is no match for the Rexbeti metal cutter, which can cut through it like butter. The problem is that it is hard to see where it is cutting the edge, and it is hard to control it with any precision. With a hand-operated nibbler, it’s easy to cut a square hole by taking the nibbler out when a corner is reached, turning it 90 degrees, putting it back in, and cutting again. The Rexbeti and other drill-powered nibblers can’t be put in at a 90-degree angle because of the teardrop shape of the cutting head. The cutting tool has a triangular column behind it that is shaped like a circle. In order to do this, one has to make a lot of cuts from different angles. The end result is an oval-shaped hole with curvy sides and rounded corners that is rectangular. The job must be done by hand with a nibbler and files. Rexbeti, on the other hand, saves a lot of time, labor, and wrist pain when you use it instead of a hand-powered nibbler for the whole job.
The case doesn’t let you store the tool with the handle on. As a way to save myself some time, I used a box-cutter knife to cut away some foam from the case. This way, the tool can be stored with the handle still attached.
