This is almost so bad. The best DIY tool ki. Other people have said that if you use the oscillating tool, you’ll almost certainly break the power unit.
I have bought a corded power unit for a lot of work, so I bought it. It is good that the attachments work well for what they are meant to do.
The only thing I haven’t used is the sander. I used all of the saw attachments (including the extra circular saw I bought) for a laminate flooring remodel. I used the router attachment for a counter kitchen remodel, and I used the driver and drill attachments for many other DIY projects.
Even the craftsman version of this can be used with each other 100% of the time, and there are a few more attachments for that version as wel.
If you buy this kit, you can either get rid of the oscillating attachment or buy a corded power unit. Black and Decker’s standard warranty isn’t very good because they’ll want you to send them the unit (on your own dime) to the nearest repair facility so they can figure out what’s wrong with it.
If the power unit didn’t work and B&D didn’t stand behind it, it would have been a five-star review.
