This does exactly what it says on the tin, but I will say that the arbor did not fit perfectly snug. It was put to use in any case (with the bolts tightened) and it worked perfectly for grinding away cement and river rock (someone left a huge mess for me). It’s possible that I was at fault for the arbor fit.
