Excellent value for money, but the fence is a little finicky and difficult to align to the same measurement from front to back. The drain plug has a plastic retainer that was already broken when it was delivered, which saved me the trouble of replacing it. However, it would be nice to see improved water retention capabilities on the top of the saw; therefore, do not use this saw in areas where it will not be wet as it will collect water a couple of feet away from the saw. Miter cuts are made on the right-hand side of the table, but they are difficult to make accurately because you must keep the tile pressed evenly against the blade or you will end up with a very wavy cut. The rear extension is beautiful, but I had difficulty cutting the 6’x24″ tiles that I was installing because the tiles were so thick. The power button, which was similar to that of a table saw, was actually quite nice. Emptying the tub is a delicate operation that requires care. Make sure you have a bucket nearby, and carefully lift the saw level over the bucket to empty it. The drain plug has an overflow opening, and if you are not careful, water will splash out. Overall, this is a decent unit for a small project, but you will have to wait an excessive amount of time to rent one. I wish I had spent a little more money and gotten one with a sliding pan, but at least I now know better.
