The vibco VS-380 silent Pneumatic turbine Vibrator has a vibratory force of 160 lbs., a vibration rate of 5,200 vibrations per minute (VPM), and it is designed with vibco’s patented silent turbine Vibrator technology. It is equipped with an integrated exhaust Muffler and a 4-bolt foot mount with mounting holes that are 5-1/2″ center-to-center. The cast-iron housing is resistant to corrosion and is therefore suitable for harsh environments. This product can be used to replace noisy ball and piston-style vibrators that require lubricated air to function properly. Rated for continuous duty up to 80 psi maximum, the vibco VS-380 is pre-lubricated for life, requires 60-80 psi of clean, dry air and consumes 17 cfm, while operating at only 72 db on the a-scale at one meter. ; Use with an optional filter regulator for optimum life and performance.
The product is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Delivery was prompt, and the product is well-made. A variety of vibrators are manufactured by Vibco, and I have used them in a variety of applications for many years including crushers, asphalt plants, and concrete plants. When I called Vibco for a recommendation, they were extremely accommodating. This vibrator is exceptionally quiet, in comparison to any other I’ve encountered. It also works perfectly.
