It cuts at a 45-degree angle and has eight different cutting positions. You can also connect a shop vac to it to collect any dust that accumulates. It does come with a dust bag that collects the dust, and it is functional as well. Due to the fact that some of it falls to the side, it doesn’t collect everything. I’m confident that if I had a shopvac hooked up, it would remove everything.
It’s also relatively lightweight, so I can easily transport it to my chicken coop and use it there. It’s more convenient than having to walk back and forth.
I purchased this Saw in order to cut metal. It’s not going to be used for anything major or heavy-duty. Due to the fact that I work in the automotive industry, this saw is ideal for my needs. I’m going to swap out the blade for a metal-cutting blade, and I’ve double-checked to make sure this saw is capable of doing the job. Not to mention that my 12-year-old son is constantly asking me to cut things for him or that we are working on a project together.

It has an LED light, but it is only on one side of the item. A pair would be preferable so that it could cover the entire deck where you are cutting.
Could it benefit from a little more power. Although it is possible, this miter saw is a good value for money for the money. It performs the functions that I require.
