The tool performs admirably. I’m a flight attendant on airplanes. However, three days after starting to use the tool, the three-inch pad began to split. I wasn’t even using it at its maximum capacity. I was fortunate in that I had a spare 3M 3 inch pad.
I would recommend the tool to others, but I would caution them to purchase an additional pad.
