I’m unable to lock the switch. If you are changing the blade, the washer under the bolt that holds the circular blade is inexpensive and does not hold.
When the blade is tight, the blade slips under load. Washing machine should be replaced with a regular washer. A trigger switch would be preferable to a side push forward switch in this situation.
