This is the third time I’ve done it (first two were purchased at home depot). I put in a lot of effort into these drills, and I’ve only had one failure so far. On one drill, the reverse switch has stopped working, and the drill will only go forward from this point on. The switch has a sloppy feel to it. It’s possible that I’m to blame because I put the tool in some extremely tight spaces. It is beginning to feel loose in the chuck of the same drill on which the switch failed (it is the drill on which I do the majority of my drilling), but I still believe that it has more than paid for itself. As a result, I charge the batteries every night, and I have only ever used more than one battery in a day on one occasion, and that was while driving 3-1/2 inch deck screws all day; suffice it to say, the motor’s amperage draw is being fully utilized. This tool has outperformed others for which I paid significantly more; it was a very good purchase.
