This review has nothing to do with the person who sold it. : They sent the tool right away. When the tool broke down a few months after I bought it, they quickly told me about Milwaukee Tool. When the ratchet was used for three months on hobby car projects, it stopped tightening or loosening any screws that were just a little too tight by hand. People at Milwaukee told me that this tool should be able to handle 50lbsft, but I didn’t believe them. On the Milwaukee site, I found their eTool service for warranty work. I had to send the tool back three times because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. During the second time, it even came back without the paddle at all. Tool still didn’t work. Half of the service screws had been stripped out. This is the end of the story: The warranty is a joke. After reading other reviews, I honestly thought I’d get more.
