Product was very disappointing. I’ve had a Craftsman Shop-Vac for 30 years now, and I still love it. Since then, it has worked without a hitch. It is made like a tank. But the motor died and Shop-Vac went out of business, so I had to buy a new vacuum cleaner. Stealth looked like a child’s toy when I opened the box. The first problem was the smell of cheap plastic from China. The first time I tried to put it together, I had to stop to take a breath. It gave me a headache and made me sick. Unless you have 20/10 vision and a magnifying glass, the instruction manual was of no use to you. That’s why I need to focus on the unit, not me. The hose was the first thing I noticed was wrong. Cheap plastic is used to make it. It is only 4 feet long. There is a lot of material that bends and coils, so you have to fight it to do anything. The electric cord is the second problem that was found. I don’t know why anyone would put a two-prong plug on a device that is meant to be used in water. Unbelievable. The extensions are also cheap, but they won’t stay in place long enough to be worth it. Not very long at all. Not very long-term. There’s a good reason they say it’s light because everything is made of cheap plastic. Because the casters and hose will make it impossible to move the unit around without it coming apart, the handle is good. To be fair, the motor can move. Is able to get rid of any debris with no trouble at all. Because I am 75, it doesn’t have to last 30 years. I’m sitting here and I’m not sure if I should return it. Amazon has a lot of different brands, but all of them look the same to m. If anyone can give me a good suggestion, that would be great. Do not waste your money on this “stealth vac.” It’s not worth it.
