I’ve bought a lot of Powertech dust collection fittings without having any problems. When you look at this item, it says it is 2 1/2 inches. But when you look at it, it is 2 1/2 inches on the inside, and 2 3/4 inches on the outside. If you didn’t read on, you can’t connect a 2 1/2 inch duct line to something. I’ve bought other adapters from powertech, but I haven’t had this problem with any of them. This project isn’t done yet. I’ll need to buy more adapters or change my hose size to finish it. In the end, this has cost me a lot of money and time.
