The Tornador Black can be used at max 6.4 cfm, so you`d be missing on some of the power with the 5.2 cfm unit. Will the high cfm compressor compensate for the lack or reserve since it puts out more cfm then the tool can. I would go with the high CFM smaller tank before I would pick the larger tank and the real low CFM.
