My first thought is that you should know that I’m a big Porter Cable fan.
I was shocked by how disappointed I was with how bad this item was.

Isn’t this not powerful.
There was a screw missing and it didn’t work. I called Amazon right away because I was behind on a project and needed this impact tool. I was hesitant to accept a replacement because it was coming the next week, but I did. This one doesn’t have the missing screw, but it’s no more powerful than the original, which I didn’t want to send back.
It’s sad that I don’t have a Porter Cable 1/2″ Impact. I already own the 18 V Porter Cable systems in the jigsaw, drill, and impact, as well as the 20 V system with the impact (small one), the Brad nailer, and so much more by Porter Cable, so I’m very disappointed that I don’t have a Porter Cable 1/2″ Impact.
