1/8″ shanks are good for most rotary tools, like Craftsman, B&D, and more. They work with a lot of different tools.

The medium grits are good for carving, sanding, etching, and more.

You can work on anything from glass to metal to stone to ceramic to wood to plastic, but you can’t work on anything else.

A storage case with a cover is what you need.

1 These are very durable. There are a lot of different types of steel that you can use these on. If you’re patient enough, they will get the job done. Take it easy on the burrs. This is what I wanted, and I haven’t had to use my “back-up” burrs yet. I find that they work best when I use my rotary tools at medium-low to medium speeds. Anything in the high RPM range will make them run out or race from the work area. They also seem to be better at their jobs if you spray them with water to keep them cool.
