If it was cheap, I decided to give it a try. Most people said they were fully charged when they came out of the box. Mine was 70% charged, so I topped it off. I now know that “fully charged” is just a gimmick, because others say that after the first charge it doesn’t work anymore. I don’t think anyone should use this.
