Step 3: Use awl to pry up one edge of old tire, hold it up with your thumb and push the awl the rest of the way through, and pry the old tire off. Step 4: Clamp the tire in one spot to the wheel, insert the tire until it will not go on anymore, clamp it at the point, work the tire on with both hands from that point until it is on the wheel, remove clamps, and seat the tire on the wheel. Step 8: Start the band saw and make sure it runs true.

I know it is a long shot… I have a very nice Powermatic 81 High Top bandsaw that got bumped over…. upper door I can most likely make straight again… but the upper wheel is cracked… I do not feel like welding it back together. I’m close enough to look at something for you if he has what you need BTW the 81 & 87 use the same wheels. You may also be able to tell if different wheels exist for your model.
