Many types of fasteners can come out because the driver spins very quickly. Getting used to it takes a few times. The gears or trigger could be changed to make it easier to start spinning at a slower speed. This would make it worth 5 stars in my book.

In general, this driver can be used to drive screws of all sizes (like trim and small furniture). But for smaller screws (like trim and small furniture), a smaller, lower voltage (and slower starting) driver might be better.
