I am a woman who likes to do things on her own. I bought this drill based on reviews. My low skill level made me think twice about going, but the reviews made me feel better. I’m so glad I did.

Took about 2 hrs fo fully charge out the box and I was able to install cabinet hardware in my kitchen (shown in pic) and install shelves in my linen closet and other little projects still on one charge.

People who skimmed the instructions and didn’t know how to use this tool like I did might find this tip funny, but for me, it was frustrating at first. It has a black flat switch that can be pushed from left to right or right to left. This controls the direction of the drill’s bit. When that switch is pushed to the right, the bit will start to power in the opposite direction. This is important because it won’t drill through holes, but it will look like it “punched” the wood a little. That switch goes to the left when it’s turned on. In order to get through holes, you need move forward. Again, this tip is only for newbies like me, where I’m sure Bob the builder is somewhere reading this shaking his head while laughing simultaneously. Oh, that’s funny.

Stay calm and do the drill. Corny, but you get the point.
