Belt sander races involve sanders, usually modified in some way, speeding down a 75-foot track. PORT ARANSAS, Texas – On Saturday, residents in Port Aransas gathered for a popular area sport, belt sander racing. The races are held every second and fourth Saturdays of the month at The Gaff Bar in Port Aransas.
Atlantic Brewing Company will host the 17th Annual Belt Sander races on Sunday, October 10th. The Beth C.
