On the first use, I found out that the product was broken. The lock/safety button isn’t working, which is a big problem because I’ll have to disconnect the battery every time I change the blades because I don’t want to lose a finger.
There is also a 25% restocking fee, which means that I have to pay to send the tool back, as well as the shipping costs. This means that I have to keep a defective tool!
I won’t pay $40 to send back a $100 tool.
As a customer, I would expect Amazon to work with sellers who don’t charge for defective items to be returned.
