You just have to get the tool in your hand and use it. People who have never used this tool before will have to get used to it. It isn’t like a straight line cutting tool. It’s the same with tools. The more you use them, the better you get at controlling them. The cuts are very clean. The only problem I have seen is that it likes to make a mess with the niblets. Make sure you don’t wear shoes so that the little pieces of steel don’t get stuck in your feet. Over all, this little tool is great. It takes a long time for Amazon to send things.
