With Evolution’s dry-cutting tool, you get the best, fastest and most professional cuts through metal with almost no heat or sparks. Dry cut technology makes cuts that aren’t hot to the touch, don’t have burrs, and can be used right away, unlike abrasives.

CARBOIDE-TIPPED BLADE IS IN THE BOX. Premium carbide-tipped 40-tooth TCT steel saw blades outperform abrasives by far. With a 15-amp motor, the Evolution can cut through metal like a hot knife cutting butter.

It can cut bevels up to 45 degrees with the Evolution metal cutting circular saw. To make bevels, you don’t need a separate tool or technique; just change the angle of the Evolution and it’ll be done in a second.

TOUGH GLASS WINDOW – A tough glass window lets you see your cutting line clearly. The Evolution comes with a quick-stop blade brake, an ergonomic T-grip handle, and a 10ft rubber cord for safe and comfortable cutting all day long, so you don’t have to worry.

With a 3-year warranty and US-based customer service, this heavy duty metal cutting saw is strong and durable.

The tubing I needed to cut was 3×2. I needed to make 8 cuts (mild steel, 14ga). The cuts were made at a very steep angle (24 degrees). I had to move the stock so the cuts went across the wide side. I bought the tool, which came with a blade. I also bought a second blade because I thought the nature of these cuts would quickly wear down a blade. When I used the first blade, I was able to make 6 cuts. I had to use a new blade for the last two cuts. Most of the time, this tool worked well and helped me get out of a tight spot. Miter saws and bandsaws won’t let you make a safe cut like this, and it’s very expensive to hire a company with an industrial laser to do the job for you. Blade life “might” be short, but if you’re cutting more common angles and can cut from the narrow side, you might get more life. Saw: The saw is very light and easy to use. The cuts were clean.
